Library Users
Faculty, Staff, and all currently enrolled students have access to the library and can avail of its resources and services.

Researchers from Other Institutions
Researchers from other institutions are required to pay a minimum of P100.00 per user, per visit, with a recommendation letter from the Chief Librarian of their schools.
